The Rugged Ridge Floor mats are well constructed and formed to fit snuggly on the floor of your Jeep. They attach nicely and firmly to the existing floor mat clip to stay in place. Additionally, they depth of the mat is ideal for those spills to keep the liquid off of the carpet.
The only thing that I have found is the smell of the Rugged Ridge JKU Floor Mats upon first unwrapping them is strong, and would recommend airing them out for a few hours in the sun to reduce the smell initially. However, the smell does continue for a while.
Overall, I replaced the custom Jeep heavy duty floor mats with these Rugged Ridge floor mats because the ones I paid for from the dealer where: (1) didn’t fit snuggly on the floor in the front and (2) they didn’t cover as much space. These Rugged Ridge floor mats exceed my expectations in both of those areas and would highly recommend these for anyone that loves to keep a clean Jeep. A relatively small investment for the continued value of your bigger investment (Jeep).
